'Laser-assisted semitransparent thin film solar cell manufacturing' - 제5회 Superelectrode 학술 워크샵

Lasers have proved to be effective tools for precise material processing and diagnostics for a
wide range of applications taking advantage of versatile thermal/non-thermal excitation
mechanisms selectively activated at a widely tunable range of temporal and spatial domains.
This talk is mainly devoted to presenting recent progress achieved in the field of laser￾assisted manufacturing of see-through thin film photovoltaic solar cells for the purpose of increasing installation footprints in the form of building-integrated solar photovoltaic on the
basis of TCO back contact CIGS thin film material systems. Enabling mechanisms of
relevant laser scribing processes and demonstrated cell and module level performance will be
presented, also introducing on-going efforts on realization of CIGS-Perovskite tandem architecture, and non-traditional geometry.
