4. 강의 내용 : Development of Single layer 2D material flake detector: Micro mechanically exfoliated 2d materials (graphene, hBN, Black phosphorene, TMDc: MoS2, WSe2, etc) are detected by this machine. It is composed of objective lens, XY motorized stage, and AI based software. Basic principle is based on the inference effect between the 2d layer and dielectric substrate. By selecting the interesting flake, the contrast of RGB colors will be saved, and the other flakes with the same contrast is detected automatically. Sejong Scientific Instruments Inc. (세종과학기기)
