[구두발표]Improving field emission characteristics of multi-walled carbon nanotube pastes by metal silicide formation
With CNTs having outatanding physical, chemical, mechanical and electronic properties, these unique properties have allowed their use in numerous high-end applications in vacuum nanoelectronics industry such as field emission displays, field electron micoccopes, x-ray sources and flat lamps.
Among many approaches for fabrication of CNT field emitters, a paste mathod is investigated in this study. Preformance of CNT paste emitters is greately affected by filler materials. The filler materials should chemically react with substrates or other filler materials to enhance adhesion and cohesion strengths of paste emitters.
