[구두발표]High-performance field emitters prepared using multi-walled carbon nanotubes and Ni-Si-Al2O3 nano-fillers
This study successfully designed and fabricated Ni-Si-Al2O3-CNT paste for CNT emitters to have excellent field emission performances, where the optical composition of Ni:Si:Al2O3 is drawn to be 1:5:1.
In this CNT paste, Si forms Ni silicides with Ni fillers of the CNT pastes and Fe silicides with Fe of Kova substrates.
Fe silicides are developed from the Kovar substrates, forming pillar structures which would act as anchoring structures of the CNT pastes.
